How to report a possible error
Email enquiry@memeblock.com with the article URL, the statement you believe is wrong, and any supporting documents or links. Please include a way for us to follow up. You do not need to be the subject of a story to flag an error.
How we review requests
An editor assesses the claim against the available evidence and may contact the requester or other sources for clarification. We prioritize issues that could materially mislead readers, such as incorrect names, dates, figures, attribution or descriptions of a token, transaction or event. We cannot promise a particular response time, but we aim to acknowledge and review requests promptly.
How we make corrections
For a material factual error, we correct the article and add a clear note describing what changed and when. We may update a story when new information becomes available; a substantive update should be identified as an update rather than silently changing the record. Minor spelling or formatting fixes that do not alter meaning may be made without a correction note.
If a request does not lead to a change, we may explain our decision to the requester. A disagreement with analysis or an unfavorable but accurately reported fact is not, by itself, an error.
Corrections and removal requests
We correct verified inaccuracies. We do not normally remove an accurate story simply because it is no longer convenient or because a market price has changed. We will consider credible safety, privacy and legal concerns carefully and may update, anonymize or remove material when warranted.
