Virtune Expands Polish Crypto Investment Access With New Altcoin Index ETP

Warsaw, Poland, 17 June 2026 – Swedish digital asset manager Virtune has expanded its footprint in Central Europe with the listing of its Virtune Crypto Altcoin Index ETP on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW). The move strengthens the company’s growing presence in Poland. It also provides investors with a regulated way to gain exposure to a diversified basket of leading cryptocurrencies beyond Bitcoin and Ethereum.

The newly listed product, traded under the ticker VIRALT, marks another milestone in Virtune’s strategy to broaden access to digital assets through exchange-traded products (ETPs). The listing follows the successful introduction of several crypto ETPs in Poland earlier this year. It also reflects increasing demand from investors seeking diversified exposure to the expanding cryptocurrency market.

Bringing Diversified Altcoin Exposure to Polish Investors

The Virtune Crypto Altcoin Index ETP is designed to track a diversified portfolio of major cryptocurrencies excluding Bitcoin and Ethereum. By focusing on alternative digital assets, the product allows investors to participate in broader crypto market growth. Furthermore, it reduces concentration risk associated with holding a single cryptocurrency.

The index follows an equal-weight methodology and is rebalanced regularly to maintain balanced exposure across its constituent assets. According to Virtune, the ETP can include up to ten leading altcoins selected based on market capitalization and liquidity criteria. Recent allocations have included assets such as XRP, Solana, Cardano, Chainlink, Stellar, Litecoin, BNB, Hyperliquid, Bitcoin Cash, and Toncoin.

For investors looking to access multiple crypto assets through a single exchange-traded instrument, the product offers a streamlined solution. Investors do not need direct custody or management of digital wallets.

Poland Emerges as a Strategic Growth Market

Virtune has identified Poland as one of its key European growth markets. Earlier in 2026, the company introduced Poland’s first spot crypto ETPs on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. This opened the door for regulated cryptocurrency exposure through traditional brokerage accounts.

The latest launch builds on that momentum and highlights the increasing integration of digital assets into regulated financial markets. Warsaw Stock Exchange officials have previously emphasized the importance of expanding access to innovative investment products. At the same time, they stress maintaining transparency and regulatory oversight.

Industry analysts note that demand for crypto index products has grown as investors seek diversified exposure rather than relying solely on individual token selection. Crypto index ETPs have become increasingly popular across Europe. Both institutional and retail investors look for simplified investment vehicles that track broader market trends.

Virtune Continues Expanding Across Europe

Headquartered in Stockholm, Virtune has become one of Europe’s fastest-growing crypto ETP issuers. The company currently offers a broad range of crypto investment products listed on major European exchanges. These include Nasdaq Stockholm, Nasdaq Helsinki, Deutsche Börse Xetra, Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Paris, and the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The firm’s product lineup includes single-asset ETPs linked to Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, Chainlink, Avalanche, Cardano, and several other digital assets, alongside diversified index-based offerings. Virtune has also continued to expand its custody and infrastructure partnerships to support growing investor demand.

Growing Interest in Regulated Crypto Investment Products

The listing of the Virtune Crypto Altcoin Index ETP arrives at a time when European investors are increasingly seeking regulated avenues to participate in the cryptocurrency market. Exchange-traded crypto products offer exposure to digital assets. Importantly, they operate within established financial market frameworks.

As the European digital asset sector continues to mature, diversified crypto index products are expected to play a larger role in portfolio construction. With its latest Warsaw listing, Virtune is positioning itself to capitalize on this trend. Additionally, it is expanding access to professionally managed crypto investment solutions for investors across Poland and the broader European market.
